    i just wondered if anyone clip stheir own dog?
    when i lived at home with my mum i used to clip our dog george as he has long hair and he gets flares on the back of his legs. he didnt mind me doing it and was always good when i clipped his nails.

    i dont need to clip my pair as they are such short haired dogs - but i do clip my dad cairn terrier for the summer months as she gets too hot with a full coat.......

    my border collie cross who lives with my mum has short hair allover his body and head, but his legs and feet hair gets so long that it drags on the ground. but then again it doesnt take much because his legs are the size of a jack russels lol!

    yes i do clip my own dogs it was a bit of a mess at first but i am getting better an better Laughing

    i clip smudge a few times a year, he dosnt mind it at all but hates being hand stripped, he yelps so i think it must really hurt him as hes usualy quite tough and hardly even yelps.

    george has really long hair although hes only the size of a jack russell so this week hes going to get the works from our very own jen.

    well george is half done , just waiting for him to be finished, he got sworked up that we had to stop. hopefully jen will finish him thisweekend , this depends on her shifts. lol!
