Post by Jen Sun Jun 29, 2008 12:36 am

Yesturday i was stroking george as he was laying on the bed with me. i stroked his chest and at first i thought it was just a clump of hair, but on further investigation i found out it was an actualump, which is very near to his heart! I no he is old and he is a fat bugger, but i have checked the rest of his body and it is the only one, what dya think i should do about it? it doesnt seem to bother him and if we take him to the vets they proberly wont do aything as its pointless putting him under aaesthetic as he may not come back round afterwards! Oh God Jen I should go and get it checked out , it could just be a fatty lump , , Pepsi had a lump that didn't bother her , but took her vets and its was cancer , Hopefully it will be nothing to worry about , and due to his age they might just leave it , but It be better sfae than sorry , and rather sooner than later , keep us posted hun and fingers crossed its not nothing bad

no we havent taken him yet, but hopefully it will be soon. i can move the lump away from his chest, but i was feeling it today and it is getting bigger so he will definately be going. i clipped his nails the other day and he was stressed about that so we let him settle again first.
