same here my lil border terrier smudge thinks hes arnold schwarzenegger sometimes i did own a rottie but i definatly prefer smaller dogs.

vegas is my first rottweiler. in the past i have had a border collie cross jack russel, who lives with my mum, hes 16 and still nocking around bless him!
i have also had a patterdale terrier called pudge and a dalmatian called harley. she had 1 blue eye and 1 brown eye. she was very intelligent andwas very pretty. will post pics of them, need to dig them out!

i love patterdales i was going to get one before i got smudge, i like borderlakeland terrier aswell (cross between a border terrier and a lakeland terrier) there so cute and great hunters, my mate has one called tony will post pic of tony when i see my mate next.

ive never had a rottie either - i know a someone who has a lovely one called harley he also has a gsd and they were kinda best friends when they were all pups together - hardly ever see them now though as we walk in different places.... shame really.
the only dogs ive kept are gsd, border colliue and i used to have cairn terriers.

we used to have a jack russel but he ran away when we moved i dont think he liked the new house! i tryed ringing the pound but noone had seen him

I like big and small dogs , but with my kids little ones would just get trampeled on ,most of the dogs Ive had have been border collies

we have had adobermon cross when the kids were young and a yorkshire terrier and now a collie cross jack russell.my friend had rotties and great danes.

i think id stick to rotties now as i think i suit there temperment, stubborn but loyal.
